He has a deep understanding of New Zealand social and architectural history, which has fuelled his passion for restoring heritage architecture and developing environmentally sustainable new homes to see us into the future. Niel also has a particular interest in indigenous New Zealand architecture, and was instrumental in setting up the Maori design studio, Te Hononga o Whaihanga ki Wairaka, at Unitec. |

Jette's focus is on project management and interior design, including kitchen and bathroom design, and sourcing period textiles, fixtures and fittings for heritage renovations. Jette is a strong advocate for environmentally sustainable living, and recently contributed a chapter to the book 'Carbon Neutral by 2020: How New Zealanders can tackle climate change,' published by Craig Potton Publishing in November 2007. |

Tracey Marshall ...
... has a passion for photography, design and computers - a perfect combination for her role at Heritage Design Group. As well as taking responsibility for a wide variety of administrative tasks, Tracey assists with measuring, photographing and developing 3D computer models of the many beautiful homes we work on. Concurrent to her full-time role, Tracey is completing a Diploma in Interior Design. |

Genesis Merioles ...
... produces 3D models and illustrations using the latest ArchiCAD software to assist our clients to visualise how their homes can achieve 21st Century functionality while retaining their essential character. Genesis is also responsible for producing contract documents and working drawings to ensure our clients' dreams are accurately realised by builders and other tradespeople. Genesis has a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Unitec in Auckland. |

Joanne Nikolaou ...
... completed a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Auckland in 2006. Having grown up in Chicago, Joanne had the opportunity to experience many buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and other favorite architects. She is especially interested in turn of the century New Zealand architecture. Joanne is currently on sabbatical leave in the USA.
